About us
Precise QS was built from hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Starting out as a qualified builder, the focus was on understanding how projects are physically put together on site. This practical background led into completing formal Quantity Surveying training, developing a strong foundation in costing, estimating and project financial control.
Alongside this, experience extended into project management across residential builds — working closely with trades, managing programme, and handling variations and day-to-day site decisions.
Over time, the focus shifted fully into Quantity Surveying to specialise in delivering accurate, buildable pricing for residential projects.
This combined background allows Precise QS to deliver estimates that reflect how projects are actually built, resulting in more accurate pricing, clearer breakdowns and greater confidence before construction begins.
